2. Scope

These terms apply to all offers by Apparel Shop and all distance sales contracts between Apparel Shop and its customers.

3. Prices and payment

All listed prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Mollie, our payment provider. We begin processing your order after payment has been received.

4. Shipping

We ship to NL, BE, DE at a flat rate of € 4,95 per order.

Stock products are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment. Personalized products are dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment and any required artwork approval. We contact you if artwork approval is needed. These are dispatch times; carrier transit is additional and varies by destination. Contact info@studio-onto.eu before ordering for the dispatch time of other made-to-order products.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive the product. If products from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product. You can also withdraw before delivery. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. See our returns policy for instructions.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, where the statutory exception under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code applies. Producing an item after an order is placed, or choosing from standard sizes or designs, does not automatically exclude it from this right. We inform you before purchase when the exception applies to your product.

6. Statutory product rights and complaints

You are entitled to a product that meets your reasonable expectations. If a product is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact info@studio-onto.eu so we can provide an appropriate solution under your statutory rights. These rights also apply to personalized products and are separate from the right of withdrawal. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to this contract.
